Get Ready Queensland – insurance awareness campaign

As the 2020-21 bushfire season approaches, Queenslanders are being urged to make sure they are adequately insured as part of a targeted bushfire insurance awareness advertising campaign.

Following unprecedented bushfire seasons in recent years, some businesses, home owners and renters were left with unexpected recovery bills. Having up-to-date insurance is a vital part of household disaster preparedness, which is why it's important to regularly check with your insurer that you are covered for Queensland's next disaster.
