The best way you can support emergency services this year is by preparing your own household so they can return to their families sooner. 

Gilda, Matt and Charlotte are three extraordinary volunteers who have dedicated their lives to helping Queenslanders and have shared their advice on how you can be prepared for severe weather.

“Our Lifeline Community Recovery Teams are one of the first on the ground when there’s a disaster. We’ll get the call up and send in staff who will work in the capacity of psychological first-aid in Hubs and outreach to affected properties.”
