Recognising Resilience in Queensland: Resilient Australia Awards 2025 – Submissions Now Closed

For 26 years, the Resilient Australia Awards have celebrated the outstanding efforts of individuals, communities, schools, businesses, and organisations working to make Australia stronger, safer, and more connected.

Each year, these awards shine a light on the initiatives that help us prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters, showcasing innovation, collaboration, and leadership in disaster resilience.

While submissions for the 2025 awards are now closed, we look forward to sharing the inspiring stories from across Queensland that highlight resilience in action.

By recognising these efforts, we hope to spark conversations, encourage preparedness, and promote wellbeing across communities before, during, and after disasters.

Stay tuned as we announce this year’s finalists and winners!
