Creating or updating a household emergency plan is one of the most important steps you can take to build resilience and recover faster if disaster strikes. Get Ready Queensland has made planning simple with an easy-to-use online tool. Drawing on local risk data and practical resources, the tool guides you through a short series of questions to create a tailored plan. It is browser-based, stored securely on your device, and can be downloaded as a PDF for easy reference and sharing with family.
By promoting disaster preparedness internally, organisations demonstrate genuine care for employees and their families, while also benefiting from reduced workplace disruption and increased operational resilience.
