This guide is co-designed and evidence-based to support the planning and delivery of locally relevant communications and engagement for LGAs. It aims to prioritise local needs and provide a framework for councils to build on what they want their communities to know, do and consider in flood events.
Queensland flood personas
The Queensland flood personas and user guide include 17 fictional personas presenting a diverse cross section of community views, experiences, and attitudes about how flooding impacts everyday Queenslanders, and how they are preparing.
