Get Ready Queensland (GRQ) grant funding supports local governments to deliver activities that increase understanding of disaster preparedness and improve disaster resilience in their communities, with funding distributed on a non-competitive basis annually.
Every year, councils must meet essential deadlines as part of GRQ funding arrangements, such as GRQ funding acquittals, submissions, project deliverables. Here you will find a timeline outlining these deliverables.
Councils are required to acknowledge Get Ready Queensland (GRQ) on all initiatives that are funded or partially funded by the GRQ grants program.
In addition, your Queensland Reconstruction Authority Recovery Officer can also assist you in getting any support or answers you need regarding the Get Ready Queensland program.
